Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse THIS WEEK'S MENU, place meals in your cart, and complete the checkout process. No commitment required...you may order meals à la carte as you choose, with no minimum.

Q: When will my meals be delivered?
A: Meals are delivered once a week, on Tuesdays. You may choose a delivery window of 3:30-5:00 pm or 5:00-6:30 pm. We will send an email on Sunday to confirm your delivery window preference.

Q: When is the deadline to order?
A: The weekly menu is posted Wednesday morning at 8:00am. We typically sell out within 30-60 minutes, so please place your order early to avoid missing out. We're actively seeking ways to accommodate more orders!

Q: What is the delivery fee, and how far do you deliver?
A: Currently, we deliver to Roseville, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Loomis, Orangevale, and Citrus Heights. Delivery is $7.00 for orders within a 10-mile radius.
Q: Do I need to be home for delivery?
A: Yes, we do need someone to be home to receive the meals. Meals should be refrigerated upon arrival.

Q: How will my meals arrive?
A: All meals are packaged family-style in the most environmentally friendly way possible. All meals are fully prepared...most require a reheat in the microwave, while some entrees such as enchiladas and pasta bakes are best warmed in the oven. Meals will be clearly labelled, with reheating instructions included.

Q: How are meals packaged?
A: We package your meals in reusable glass containers. With each order, we will pick up the old containers, sanitize them, and deliver your meals in a new set. All we ask is a refundable $30 deposit to start. We love serving our meals in glass containers. Glass keeps food fresh and healthy and preserves flavor; and, we love doing our part to protect our planet! Compostable disposable containers are also available on request.
Q: How long will my meals last in the refrigerator?
A: We recommend consuming meals within 5 days, and we label meals accordingly. There are a few entrees, such as fish and medium-rare steak, that we recommend consuming within 2 days.

Q: Can I make special requests?
A: Absolutely! We think of our customers as family, and we want to prepare your meals thoughtfully just the way you like. Feel free to add special requests in the space provided when adding items to your cart.
